Holiday Fitness Tips

As Autumn settles in and the holidays approach, it's easy to slip out of your regular fitness routine. Here are three tips to help you stay on track this fall!

I know I'm ready to tackle this holiday season that is approaching us soon. I believe everything in moderation. So going to get back into my routine and enjoy the holiday season while also staying on track. My plan of action is to get my workouts in which I shoot for 4-5 workouts per week. Watching what I eat and staying clear of the sugary treats and extra carbs that I really don't need. Will save them for when I know I will be attending a holiday gathering. Also making sure I am drinking enough water each day. So being mindful each day of what my goals are and following through.
